Join Us as a Trustee
We’re looking for new trustees with specific experience and skills, as we continue to expand our work in TV and film, and work with more staff than ever before. We’re looking for:
- Someone with considerable experience in access in TV or film, who can help us to navigate and connect more effectively within the sector.
- Someone with considerable experience as a theatre director or running an ACE NPO, to help build our live artistic programme.
- Someone with considerable experience with local councils or creative participation, to help grow our community engagement.
- Someone with considerable experience in national policy or advocacy, to help us shape policy in favour of learning disabled and autistic people.

Access All Areas is a charity and we thrive on the support of our volunteers.
Our volunteers come from all walks of life and levels of experience.
We recruit on a rolling basis, so get in touch if you see an opportunity.
Volunteers support us in running workshops for our Take Part programme and Performance Making Diploma and in roles on our Board of Trustees.
I find the energy and creativity of the participants inspiring. The work they create is empowering and it is a pleasure being a part of it!
Working with artists from Access All Areas has been a lot of fun, especially the whole process of creating the show. Can’t wait to see everyone there and ACT together!
