We’re looking for new trustees with specific experience and skills, to grow our work in TV and film and build a new artistic programme.

We’re looking for:

• Someone with considerable experience in access in TV or film, who can help us to navigate and connect more effectively within the sector;
• Someone with considerable experience as a theatre director or running an ACE NPO, to help build our live artistic programme;

Preference may be given to applicants who identify as d/Deaf, Disabled, or neurodivergent. This is because these identities are central to our work, and because they are underrepresented in our cultural sectors.

Bursaries for disabled trustees who are freelance

Trusteeships are usually unpaid. However, we recognize that being disabled, and being a freelancer, can be expensive. We offer a bursary fee of £165 per board meeting (including prep) to disabled trustees who are freelance.
