Access All Areas trains and supports learning disabled and autistic artists throughout their career. Our Artist Development programme has three strands: the Performance Making Diploma, the Associate Artists programme, and Transforming Leadership.

All of AAA’s Associate Artists started their careers on our Performance Making Diploma, one of the world’s leading courses for and by learning disabled and autistic creatives.

Our Associate Artists continue to upskill through regular masterclasses, and develop new work through our Launchpad programme and Writers’ Labs.

Through our Transforming Leadership programme, we mentor and train learning disabled and autistic cultural leaders, as co-directors, trustees, workshop facilitators, consultants, and content creators.
