Maristella Farina (Stella)

With 15 years in access roles – specialising in theatre, performance, and screen – Stella aims to make lasting change through deep connection and compassionate attention to the diverse ways people experience the world, art, and their needs within it.

Aswell as offering creative support to Access All Areas’ artists, she collaborates with other individuals and companies, building strong relationships.

Stella’s access work provides both virtual and in-person support for people of all ages. Her holistic approach spans everything from creating easy-read materials to supporting in rehearsals, on theatre tours, on shoots and film sets, work placements, and training programs. You might even catch her performing from time to time in creatively integrated access roles.

She offers bespoke training, audience support, and access coordination and advocacy.

Through her coaching and mentoring practice, Stella holds space for clients and other access professionals to explore and navigate personal, physical, and societal barriers to work, life and wellbeing. She offers tailored support with access funding applications, access recruitment and much more.
