Paloma Oakenfold

Paloma is a graduate of Guildhall (BA Hons Acting) and Birkbeck (MFA Directing), as well as being trained under Sean Holmes at the Lyric Hammersmith as Resident Director in situ. Paloma has worked across UK theatres and drama schools including the National Theatre, the Old Vic, and running various BA, MA, and Foundation Courses.

Paloma is a co-founder of Bareface, a theatre company of disabled and autistic artists. Their defiant, comedic, autobiographical work has toured the UK including the Soho Theatre, and Underbelly, Edinburgh.

As an actor Paloma has starred in BAFTA winning comedy series Chewing Gum and ShowTime series The Borgias. Paloma is a member of the Fringe Wives Club, a feminist cabaret group. Their show Glittery Clittery won multiple awards including Mervyn Stutter Spirit of the Fringe Award at Edinburgh, and Best Cabaret at Adelaide Fringe.

Paloma is currently training with Patsy Rodenburg on her Associate Programme.
