Megan Rogers
PA to both the Artistic Director and Access Manager
Megan trained in Contemporary Theatre at Dartington College of Arts. She worked as an Actor for a number of years, before moving in to arts administration.
In this role Megan has worked with Proportion Productions as Casting and General Assistant, and Actors of Dionysus as General Manager. In 2019 she joined Access All Areas as Company Coordinator, where she coordinated the Associate Artists and their professional work across Access All Areas’ agency, consultancy and performance projects, and provided administrative support across the company.
In 2025, Megan transitioned into her current role, providing access and administrative support to the Artistic Director and the Access Manager, supporting them to manage the smooth running of our work.
