Lifecycle

A live immersive production
by Access All Areas
in association with Ockham’s Razor

Lifecycle is a new immersive production by Access All Areas, using stunning 360* projection, spatial sound, projected artwork by world famous artist Stephen Wiltshire, and aerial performance designed by Ockham’s Razor and performed by Access All Areas’ award-winning company of learning disabled and autistic artists.

Audiences will be immersed in a one-of-a-kind sensory experience that explores cycles of life, success, and value in autistic lives and beyond. Inside a projected space, we’ll ask if disabled people are more worthy of life only when we have ‘achieved’ in the eyes of society?

Actor Dayo Koleosho (EastEnders) will lead a production inspired by the lives of the world famous artist Stephen Wiltshire, and Benjamin Banneker – the 18th century autistic free man who mapped the cosmos by hand, and charted the lifecycle of locusts.

We’ll see mundane, insignificant moments, like crossing a road, expand and magnify to become all-encompassing, global and cosmic in scale. Surrounded by the vastness of the cosmos that Banneker mapped, we‘ll ask:

What is our place in the world?
