We run training that will support more accessible communication between neurotypical and learning disabled or autistic team members.
We provide this training in-person or on Zoom, always co-facilitated by a learning disabled or autistic trainer.
The sessions give an overview of learning disability and autism, an introduction to neurodiversity, and top tips for accessible communication. They include:
- Structuring information
- Communicating decisions
- Using open and closed questions
- Top tips for directors working with neurodivergent talent
- Working with Creative Support
